1. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times are:
- 5–10 business days for EU countries
- 7–14 business days for non-EU countries
Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes, tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
Q: Who is responsible for customs or import duties?
A: For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
2. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days to return your item for any reason. Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Q: Are all items returnable?
A: Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care)
- Gift cards and sale items

A: We accept major credit/debit cards and Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure.
