    • Outside EU: 7–14 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import duties.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
  • Customers pay for return shipping (except defective or incorrect items).
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Some items cannot be returned: personalized products, opened hygiene items, gift cards, and sale items.
