At Daily Vibe, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Irish public holidays).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

As a dropshipping business, some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfilment partners.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Ireland & EU: 5–10 business days
  • Outside EU: 7–14 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@dailyvibe.ie.


3. Tracking Information

βœ” Tracking is provided for all eligible shipments.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

For EU deliveries, additional customs charges generally do not apply, in accordance with EU single market rules.


5. Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions)

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs may apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. Claims for lost packages must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date.


7. GDPR & Data Protection

We process your personal data (such as name, address, email and phone number) solely for the purpose of:

  • Processing your order
  • Shipping and delivery
  • Providing tracking updates

Your information is shared only with necessary fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, and service providers.
